Returns policy

At Memory Designs, we take pride in crafting sustainable, high-quality clothing and home textiles. We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and received by us within 28 days.

Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at memzwear@gmail.com or our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

3. Securely package your item and send it back using a tracked shipping method.

4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

If an item is returned in a condition that doesn’t meet our policy, we may return it to you without a refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping where applicable.
